These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://ohorganics.com.pk/ (the “Site”) and your purchase of skincare products (“Products”) from us. By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase Products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all Product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that they are error-free. Products may vary slightly from their images due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences. If a Product you receive differs significantly from its description, please refer to our Return Policy in Section 6.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.
  • Pricing: Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We currently ship only within Pakistan. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, logistical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or, for COD, upon receipt by you.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: You may return unopened and unused Products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy. Products must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
